Nah, they still couldn't get their beer right, not a good look for a place that started as a beer bar.
Ah, never tried any of their beer. Never been a fan of it general. More of a whiskey guy.
In any case, for me, I stopped going because I never knew what I was going to get.
Sometimes they were closed for private parties, sometimes there was a huge cover for some random band I had no interest in listening to and most of the time, the food menu changed what seemed like every week.
It was just easier to go somewhere else.

Bilbo Baggin's on Bossier City gets my vote for outside of Baton Rouge. Median age is 22 to 60 it seemed. No one went there to pregame nor was it a main attraction. It had no identity. Was right under interstate with thousands of apartment goers within walking distance.
Been making money for decades,.........

I drive by that place on my way home from LSU games. Sometimes it's hopping. Other times it looks deserted.

closed down, Brightside Bar & Grill.
Bright side bar n grill closed down??? Damn, many a drunken Wednesday night spent there back in 2010. I forgot what kind of deal they did on Wednesday’s but for one summer it was slammed. Then high schoolers found out they didn’t card at the door which made it way over crowded and they only had like 1 bouncer so if a fight broke out it got nasty
I’ll submit uncle earls. If it wasn’t for st Patty’s day I think they’d be close to going out of business. They’ve been dead as hell almost every night I’ve gone this year. I still go on Thursday nights for free drinks and to watch a game every now and then but most the time the music is so obnoxiously loud you have to scream when talking to your buddy right next to you so a lot of people I know are over it
