He meant “I can’t find the address”. The U and the I keys are close.
This is actually supposed to be really common with UberEats, DoorDash, etc. They don’t even try to find you and then they claim they couldn’t find the address (or that you never came to the door) and leave. It’s weird. I guess they get to keep the food when that happens so they do it to scam the company. Customer will get refunded.
Not sure the purpose of doing it with grocery orders if you have to go return it all.
