Guy on CNN just called it. Basically said the hang members are out there trying to help because they don't make their money looting. They make it in drug trade and that has been seriously interrupted.

I haven't read the whole thread. I've seen comments taking advantage of stereotypes. People are going to comment and make fun and express their emotions about the situation. How would you have them do it? How are we to refer to these people and this situation?
