Where did the millions of people that lived for thousands of years before Jesus go when they died?

There's a book all about it that you can read. The majority of it covers the time before Jesus.

You’re making an arse out of yourself.

In the Gospel of Mark (the earliest of the canonical gospels), written around the years 66 and 72,[9][10] Joseph of Arimathea is a member of the Sanhedrin, which had condemned Jesus, who wishes to ensure that the corpse is buried in accordance with Jewish Law, according to which dead bodies could not be left exposed overnight. He puts the body in a new shroud and lays it in a tomb carved into the rock.[7] The Jewish historian Josephus, writing later in the century, described how the Jews regarded this law as so important that even the bodies of crucified criminals would be taken down and buried before sunset.

In your feeble mind, literally billions of people for 2,000 years, people far more intelligent than either you or I, who believed Christ was crucified, died, and buried on Friday then rose from the tomb on Sunday morning were all wrong. All of Western Civilization for 2,000 years got it wrong. Then you came along and you figured it out. You’re delusional.

He did you moron. It's the entire premise of his post: because they knew it was truth.

Now I understand why there are so many comments on this board about how stupid of a human being you are.

You should wander back over to the NBA board, kid, because trolling people with questions you've no intention of caring about hearing the answers to is kiddy business.

I swear, atheists are the only religious people whose entire premise is to rail against a God you don't even believe in. It's perplexing. I would never take time out of my day to get pressed about something I think is nonsense. I feel sorry for you.

Luke 13:28 answers your question, if you're asking in good faith.

Sure, I’ll answer it for you. It’s because the Gospel of Jesus Christ is indeed the truth. Christ is who He said He is, specifically the Lamb of God, the Messiah. He was crucified, died, buried, and rose from the tomb on the third day, just as the Gospel said.

If you think there’s another explanation for the change of heart seen in the disciples between the arrest of Christ in the Garden of Gethsemane and the time of Pentecost only weeks later, then I’d love to hear it. So,, why do you think the disciples spread the gospel of Christ? What made them do this?

He just escaped from Hell after defeating Satan and all his demons. Why would he go back?

Jesus was seen by 500 people after he was resurrected. Mohammad is the only person to witness Allah…

It gives me chills to think about it. I mean, these men saw what was done to Jesus. They knew he had been killed. They realized they were lucky to not be hung on a cross with him. But then they did a complete 180. And they had nothing to gain and everything to lose to do this. But they did it anyway. And they stuck with it. I don’t know how much you know about the life of the disciples after the crucifixion, but they didn’t live what anyone would call comfortable lives. In fact, only one lived to old age and the rest died horrible deaths and endured pure hell in the process.
