the lender ALWAYS requests a termite inspection.

if the lender gave the money without one, they are foolish. very foolish.

I'm not an entomologist = I don't know what termites look like.
However, in reality, I would spray spray spray if I ever saw ONE while I was living or working in one of my properties.
