Cuy. Had it in Peru in several iterations. It was mostly meh. Kind of like chicken but way too hard to get a decent portion off the bone. A fancy restaurant in Lima served it Chinese style like Peking duck. It was OK.

People think of guinea pigs as akin to hamsters; they are actually chunky little frickers.
