Civ Pro was pretty easy.
Torts was cake. By far the easiest test we've taken so far imo. Made that test my bitch.

I walked out with an hour to go because I didn't know wtf was going on so I just made up some bullshite and peaced.

I am. I'm not so sure the same can be said about others. There were several people that didn't even show up today.
That is hard for me to fathom after shelling out all of this money to take this test and spending the last 3 years in school preparing for it.
I mean what is the worst that could happen? You accidentally pass it by finishing?

I noticed that too. Today was much much easier. They really let us off the hook with civ pro. Torts was torts, altough I botched the last page. And I felt fine about most of BE/NI, minus two or three question that didn't make sense. What is up with the BE examiner every year not knowing their shite?

I'm with you on that. I don't feel like I have any special constitution or anything, but man, I will not be embarrassed. I'll do anything to not embarrass myself, and walking out of the exam is the quickest route to failure. Every one will know you failed too.
And you are right. A few people think they have to know every thing on the exam to pass. Its just not the case, but hard to convince yourself of that.

Or is it, no timeouts to pee until lunch time?
I just can't recall if I held it the whole time or peed during exams or what. I'm dreading next week, my bladder is the size of a walnut.

That's what I thought. This one next week is going to be a ball buster. 3 hours straight no breaks, a morning and an afternoon session.
No way I make it that long without coming close to dehydration.

I thought about if people were doing that. I had to piss during BE/NI, couldn't hold it anymore. As I was shaking it one of the moderators popped his head in. Scared the ever living shite out of me because I still had ear plugs in. Can't imagine the balls it takes to cheat when knowing if you get caught you ain't ever practicing law.

I'm pretty sure I pissed off the girl who sits next to me. I wrote what I could for BE/NI and then said frick it no use sitting here for another hour. My charger was plugged in to the powerstrip that was in front of the girl next to me. Had to pretty much lean over her side of the table and yank that bitch out while trying keep myself from falling over onto her.
She did not look pleased.
