Stop driving like a pussy.

GTFO the left lane if someone is behind you.

Don't ride your breaks and you'll be an ok driver.

TX is the worst. Those dicks think they own the left lane.

For the sake of brevity and because I have to go to work I will just make two points: 1.Baton Rouge Drivers are very dangerous 2. After reading all the posts defending our driving, I understand why nothing will change.

Louisiana drivers are bad, and I say that as a Louisiana resident. When I lived in central Virginia drivers were nonaggressive, courteous, and just overall safe (northern VA/DC is another story -- it's much worse up there than in Louisiana).

One thing that drives me crazy about Louisiana is the bumper riding -- I used to commute from NO to BR for a time, and even in the right lane I'd have someone riding my arse because I was going 65 as a result of it being rush hour and traffic being very dense. Would happen almost every morning in the Gonzales/Prairieville area without fail.

Louisiana drivers are the worst and Baton Rouge drivers are the worst of the worst.

The down-votes you received proves to me that people can't handle the truth.

I wish. Sometimes work takes me to Arkansas and I use the opportunity to drive some of the best roads in the south. Closest place to Louisiana where one can really tackle a mountain road and the police don't have a strong presence in my experience.

Google the Arkansas Dragon and Pig Tail.

As fast as they need to pass then move the F back into the right lane where they should be traveling instead of in the left lane, as per all the signs they should see every five miles or so advising them of the state law requiring them to move to the right lane if they desire to drive slow.

By far the worst and are unable to evaluate risk/reward when it comes to the aggressiveness of their driving. The best is rush hour when obviously you're not going to get anywhere quick and the drivers floor it, weave in and out of traffic only to get to the next red light sooner.

It's the pickup truck drivers that are the absolute worst in the BR area, especially in Ascension. Those fricking morons kill more people on the interstates than any other area I've seen in this country. A close second behind them is the middle aged women on cell phones, followed by the poors that are just looking for a check from Gordon McKernan. Look at how these dumb fricks drive around 18 wheelers in the BR area - all of those wrecks you hear about 'involving an 18 wheeler'? Less than 5% of those wrecks were the fault of the truck driver - ask any LSP-A trooper.

Also, why do people in BR drive 40 mph in parking lots?
