I recommend the Chem pack with 1 bottle of each, Sildenafil(Viagra) and Tadalafil(Cialis)
They both have their place in your sexlife. One is for more immediate needs, the other for weekend romp sessions.
I recommend using both, the Cialis one before dinner and the other (if needed) when your ETA is 30 minutes or less.

I guess on the initial intake it would vary depending on the individual but you don't walk around sporting a great Californian redwood, it's just that that thing becomes a chambered weapon, ready at a moments notice to go into service and will be the last one standing after the engagement

after you get the initial dose in your system, just "top it off" every 2-3- days, whatever is necessary, doesn't take much, my wife loves that she can just about look at the thing and it starts to come to attention
ETA: an hour or two before game time should be plenty

it's good stuff you'll enjoy it, the only associated risk that I'm aware of is overheating your Johnson, you can rub that thing raw, had to buy some lube for the first time in my life

Please make sure y'all are reading the pertinent information seeing as you are using a medicine that has severe side effects if taken with other medications... There is a reason this stuff is prescribed...

OVERDOSAGE
Single doses up to 500 mg have been given to healthy subjects, and multiple daily doses up to 100 mg have been given to patients. Adverse events were similar to those seen at lower doses. In cases of overdose, standard supportive measures should be adopted as required. Hemodialysis contributes negligibly to tadalafil elimination.

If you get the 30mg/ml bottle use 0.2-0.3 mLs first time. Go buy a 1 cc syringe from walgreens to measure

the dropper that it comes with is not marked but you can get one at the drug store, the recommended doses are buried in this thread and the original, I think I took a full eye dropper the first time(which is not very much,) because the old lady was demanding a pirate style rogering, after that, maybe half every few days, whenever you're ready for it, you'll figure out what works for you
