this is so frickin stupid. Something like 28% of the registered voters even voted. No one cares about this shite more than white dudes from Baton Rouge
Your opinion is just as bad as your home page wannabe news stories

There is an abandoned electrical room in our plant. Its full of spiders. I don’t go in there. See how easy that is?

People from outside your shithole city care about it being the murder capital of the country more than the citizens do and the only thing the citizens are pissed about is people putting a spotlight on it. Classic.
It’s clearly a coping mechanism.
They know deep down that their town is in a tail spin. They feel the weight lifted from their shoulders when they leave the city for a while. But they can’t possibly handle it when it’s major issues are discussed because they are still in denial.
New Orleans is a shite hole. It’s too small and too broke to support the restaurants and sports teams it has without tourism dollars. And they work overtime to alienate what’s left of that instead of cleaning up their mess.

Well, if you're in town from say Lafayette for the game wtf are you going to do with it?
Leave it in lafayette and take the risk of keeping it instead of losing it to probable theft.

You mean the people that come into New Orleans to spend money? Those people don’t care?
Yeah. The responsible people from outside Orleans parish that make most of the amenities there viable because the city is too small and too broke to support themselves.
Those people.

so much more important than the risk of not having it to defend your family while traveling, at gas stations, etc

I see the lot owners can boot, but not protect

New Orleans is entirely dependent on tourism to support the restaurants, the NFL team, and the hotels. And crime threatens all that in a huge way.

How hard can it really be to stop this shite? Going through a big parking lot popping handles is one thing. But smashing windows and stealing trucks in broad daylight?
In a paid parking lot that should have security.

completely exhausted defending the city. Something has to change or there’s going to be nothing. No saints, no pelicans, and really no reason to live here.
The posters on the Pels and Saints boards can’t admit yet what they know, the pressure to get the teams out of NOLA by fans, the leagues, etc will only continue to swell. 3rd world shiteholes that are barely top 50 media market with no Fortune 500 companies in town aren’t pro franchise cities.
When Gayle passes, Tulane sports will be the best game in town.

Who said that was something to be proud of? It’s sad. Those are the facts. Keep melting tho

So you agree that the right answer is to just avoid that shithole altogether, right?
Seems to be working well. I used to love the city and the Saints but they both moved on from me.
In the rare even that I do need to go, I rent a car and pay the extra $20 for insurance.

And democrats will try to blame guns for future crimes.
This shite-city needs a cat 5 enema this year.

Except you can go back home, buy a new gun, buy a new vehicle, and watch the news and laugh when bad things continue to happen to New Orleans.
And never spend another dime in that shithole city again.
frick New Orleans.
