Moron. There are no "cool ones". Humans innately want to fit in with those who are similar. Particularly women. Especially when someone has done something every single woman is scared shitless about. You are in a perfect storm of woman rage and you keep doing a rain dance. Stop.
Again, I say to you:
The best thing you can do is agree with everything they say no matter how stupid it is and they will go away. Women love drama and bullshite and an excuse to fight. If you just agree with them constantly they stop and go find someone else.

Well if she cheated, she absolutely deserved to be humiliated like that. Only if she cheated though or was marrying him for money.
Even if she cheated I don't believe he should have done that... Just call it off the week before... Still humiliated. But his guest had to travel in to see that... Her guest had to travel to see that... That just ain't right.

seems like he saved them from 5 years of wasted time with a expensive divorce at the end of it, in 2 years when the bride is on some other dudes pole and in love again she'll be thanking altar bro for leaving her

Tell em that the groom is just like Jake from the Blues Brothers, and the bride is Carrie Fisher.

Seriously. No matter how dumb. When one of them inevitably says something so stupid you want to punch her just sip your coffee and agree with a smile.
Report back.

I'd rather be left at the altar than marry someone who doesn't want to be married

bullshite. If she cheated after they go engaged she deserves to be shamed in front of all her friends and family. Otherwise she will just lie to mommy, daddy, and the rest to make it out like the guy was just a dick who left her for no reason.

Go buy a big arse bottle of Midol and set it by the coffee pot.

Even if she did nothing wrong, the guy decided she wasn't for him. Did he realize it at a bad time? Yes, but better then than months after the wedding.

I thought this was going to be about Hobby Lobby

He shouldn't have made her get into her wedding gown to say no.
Most females seem to care just about the wedding anyway, so it sounds like a win-win for the couple.

Not really... He shouldn't have made her get into her wedding gown to say no. Just not right.
Women trapped in awful relationships for years bitch about the men they are with and how they won't fully commit or how shitty their man is.
At least this guy had the balls to realize this relationship wasn't going to work out and took action.
Sucks for her right now, but I promise you in a year or so, she'll look back and realize what happened is better than a lifetime of a shitty marriage.

Maybe he didn't make up his mind until he was up there?
I'm not defending the guy, but what's worse - leaving the gal at the alter, or having a messy divorce 2 to 3 years later after having a child together?
Sometimes a physician has to cut to cure...

Will do. Its quiet now - although a group of them left to smoke. One of them IM'd me asking I said it was BS and said "because that stuff never happens?"
Will just take your advice and let it go, even though I kind of want to stir the pot a little.
