True...our launch in Bear Point is open..number of boats out in the afternoons and weekends..

I posted this yesterday in a different thread:
Visited some friends who live way down the peninsula towards Fort Morgan last week.
They said as far as they could tell no one was enforcing the private beach closures, at least not that far out from the main areas of Gulf Shores.
