I follow BR real estate just wanting to know what's going on back home and we get a lot coming over here. Things are slow in a lot of places but a girl I follow is doing a good bit but in the $4-500K range.

I don't know how large the Miami qb is, but arm strength was not impressive.
My first year of season tickets was '58...but for the out of town games WJBO...I remember the game vs Bama played in Mobile..bleachers collapsed end zone...I had seen Cannon play in high school.

Valero is capable...it's a very heavy product that few refineries can handle. Plus, storage is an issue as tanks are not abundant enough resulting in a lot placed in open pits.
