Jesus. No one is arguing the shark could be convicted in a criminal trial where the burden is beyond a reasonable doubt. So your question is stupid.
Some people believe it’s more likely than not that he was killed by a shark based on what they see in the video. Why does that upset people?

I think some people are just debating and some people are overly emotional on both sides of the argument. There are plenty of people saying things like there is absolutely no evidence that a shark was involved, there’s a 1% chance a shark was involved, people are wish casting, etc. That take is patently false.
I only had to go back 4 pages to support what I just said.
