so i guess shooting 2 officers, killing 1 of them and subsequently barricading yourself for 5 hours while multiple more shots are fired is just the standard apprehension process in BR these days??

If they would’ve killed him jemele hill would’ve complained about police brutality

When are people going to realize black people hate white people.

We had a very good, well respected Chief of Police (witness that Sid hired him to train EBRSO officers). He was found guilty of being white and tough on criminals so Broomhilda bounced him out

Blacks don’t hate whites and whites don’t hate Black’s. There is a segment of our society that despises law , order, rules, peace, harmony, and personal responsibility. Race and socioeconomic division have little to do with the varying thought process. Some folks have no issue with walking inside of the cross walk or stopping for it. Some folks say—F U I and walking wherever I want or driving however I want. Same way with life. They live how they want to regardless of the rules of civilization.

No he wasn’t. Was actually trying to set the department up for success until the Alton Sterling debacle happened.

Is it me or are all the media outlets refusing to use the term "murder" anymore? saying "officers shot" or "officer killed" takes away the emphasis of the active action of the alleged perpetrator.

I agree with your sentiment and know where you're coming from, but what is there to do? What can one very large group do to get another large, albeit smaller group to get their shite in order and restore things like value in education, a work ethic, and some sort of family values? If it's a the point where so many fathers in that 2nd group don't even care to see their own flesh and blood children, much less see to their future success, how does that first group 'fix' that?

I'm open for ideas. I think everyone in the first group is open for ideas but I don't even know where you would start.

In fairness, that’s the type of thing I would latch onto if I wanted a change of venue.

Maybe when someone is shot in the middle of a street at noon on a Saturday someone could happen to witness it.
