Kato's pic is now on WAFB's site... looks to be DMV pic and not a mugshot yet

I would vote for LeDuff in a heartbeat

Was that supposed to trigger me or something?

Was it a hostage situation or was he in the house alone?
IDK he made it out alive.

Is LeDuff running?

A couple of folks earlier in the tread made it sound like he might.

If you watch the video you posted you can hear a ventilator in the background. It says a Covid physician took it...so makes sense.

Most rational people don’t. However, the one person who mattered most in the decision absolutely did care about white or black and many, many of her constituents did and do too.
I wanna try to get to be the voice of reason here and I hope racists like Chuana and C Denise and HH and Gravy understand this.
The police chief of BR or any city should not be reflective of "most of the city is black. So you should represent us." No, the majority of tax-paying, working citizens without arrest records up to their ears are in fact WHITE. And they're also the majority of citizens who follow the law and WANT law...not fight it. All Covid19 aside.
If there was a way to gather data on what I just said, it would save cities. No matter the race...tomorrow blacks and whites can flip upside down. But do majority of law-abiding and educated citizens think mayors like SWB are good for any city? frick NO.

Why can’t SWB declare NBR a “Gun Free Zone!” That seems to work nation wide.

The list of racists isn’t complete without the head racist in charge. Look at her hires, her words, her actions, the racists she surrounds herself with (Gravy as a prime example)...make no mistake, the mayor of Badun Ruudge is as racist as they come. Her being on the scene was enough to make my blood boil. Her sympathy was with the perp, not the fallen officers.

So what do we have to do STOP them from continually being elected as mayors of many of the cities themselves? So many of the constituents vote solely on the color of skin. Landrieu was an outlier because he's a Landrieu, skin color didn't matter in his case.

I cannot believe the piece of trash showed at the scene. She acted like a wrestler coming from backstage to disrupt an outcome between 2 others.
Baton Rouge is fricked under her leadership. She has done NOTHING to positively impact this town and she doesnt have a clue about who really butters her bread. The fact that she gave legitimate status to Gravy and Silky Slim and Troy frickin Bell. Unfrickingbelievable.

The sooner y’all realize there’s nothing you can do, the better off you’ll be.
Baton Rouge’s demographics don’t work for people like you anymore. This isn’t the 1980s anymore.
The only way you can change your environment is to leave town and find a new one.

I do not know. Stop the pattern of "learning" that Republicans are racist crackers would be a start.
What are the 90 percent of black voters who vote for Broome truly getting from her leadership? An Alton Sterling tshirt mugshot? More free stuff at the hands of the people who are the backbone of what's left of BR?

What does Broome even really offer? Most of the free shite comes from the state and feds. She provides midnight basketball and that’s about it.
