I bought this on black Friday last year as an impulse buy and I use it constantly. Very convenient.

Think I'll try and use the Crock-Pot more, and if i do then I'll get one around black Friday

Fwiw, although it can be used like a crock pot, that is the polar opposite reason you buy a pressure cooker. You have a pressure cooker because you want pot roast in an hour and a half, not because you're going to get the crock pot going before you leave for work and let it stew for 9 hours.

A crock pot requires more planning than I can usually muster. You have to know what you want to eat half a day in advance, something that rarely happens at my house.

They have two of those santoku knives up there. I was looking at them. Can someone convince me that they are actually worth the money? .

Try these - a little more reasonable

We can all blame beauchristopher. I'm pretty sure he owns stock in the company and is just licking his chops.

I picked the Echo over the Instapot. I have so many pots as it is, I just wanted something to play with.

This is not every deal though, amazon doesn't show some deals on purpose, like the TV's

How do you find them? Regular search doesn't show much.

just get a $25 stovetop pressure cooker

I use it all the time. You put it on high, you watch it come to pressure, then lower the fire to 50% and set whatever duration of time for what you're pressuring.

Dammit. You bastards made me spend $70 on this instapot.

Meal prep just got easier I reckon.
