When are social conservatives and pro lifers going to give it up?

Roe v Wade will never ever be overturned.

The great politically incorrect warrior Trump won't even touch abortion now after he walked back those comments about it.

Abortion may not be pretty but it has been a very good net positive for this country as it has reduced crime and prevented millions of poors, ghetto hoodrats and white trash from being born.

Mary Fallin is a huge pro life advocate and this bill was way too batshit crazy even by her standards. She made the right decision here and saved Oklahoma taxpayers a ton of money they would've spent fighting a losing battle in court. Good for her.

As a non childbearing woman...but the debate of abortion annoys me, because:
I am adopted
My sister is adopted
But if as a woman you don't want to be pregnant, don't get get pregnant. Your responsibility.
I love the new male birth control in a supremely pro abortion country. Walk away, boys...

So what happens if you are raped and you get pregnant from your attacker? Does that mean you wanted to get pregnant?

Watch them override the Veto. Mary Fallin is extremely antichoice and yet she's smart enough to see that this bill is essentially just pissing away millions of state dollars on legal fees for something that has no chance of standing because it's on its face unconstitutional. This isn't TRAP legislation or restrictions on the margins like banning specific procedures or requiring parental notification; it's literally saying: "frick 45 years of precedent we doing it Okie style. "

This bill is analogous to passing legislation banning interracial marriage-- its dumb even if you agree with the end goal because it has no chance of achieving it.

FIFY

Shutup. Their evangelical panty waist of a governor would love to have an anti abortion law. There was just no way it held up in court and Oklahoma is too cash strapped for a court fight.
