Looks like they were crossing illegally, as far as the way it was portrayed. They could have shown them going thru an immigration checkpoint or something.

Not too bad. Mainly I have have to avoid a lot of sodium and transfats. A lot of stuff I liked before I can still have. Have to watch my portions of course or how often I have some foods. But it's not too bad.
