For those who like pre-workouts you can order the stuff to make your own for a fraction of the price.

I actually make my own pre-workout, but I buy in bulk from https://www.powdercity.com/ and https://www.bulksupplements.com/

Its the only place I've ordered my cold filtered Isolate from in the past 6-7 years. I order 16lbs at a time to get the bulk discount. Lasts me a little more than a year. Haven't found anything cheaper

Someone mix up a weight gainer with plenty of carbs and calories for me. All those words are too scientific for me.

Tru-Nutrition is owned by the creator of the DC training method. They essentially are a wholesale company and supply a bunch of the other companies.

Its the only place I order my protein mainly because he is the only one i have seen that is willing to put his money where his mouth is with lab test, etc. and i also like that he is a very active member of the Bodybuilding community.

Hmm did not know that. I use DC when I plateau on FST-7. Love that stuff.

oh and the lab test i have seen show they have the high quality protein on the market.

and for those that asked why a custom blend is important....well if you want a blend of casein, whey isolate, and whey concentrate. With TN you can decide how much of each is in it. When you buy that kind of blend at the store, they usually hide the percentages using the proprietary mix label. Most of the time there is only a small percentage of casein and whey isolate and mainly whey concentrate which is the lowest quality and cheapest protein.

it also allows you to create your own post wo mix, pre wo mix, breakfast mix etc. and best of all no fillers.

Oh btw. Costco is having a sale on C4 tomorrow. It's like 25 dollars for two of them.

i like to get unflavored and use the flavor packs because i can get tired of a flavor easily. all the premium flavors are good though. i really like the premium choc pb cup and prem choc-banana and the two tru flavor ones, choc fudge brownies and van bd cake.

mocha is good for breakfast with a little ground coffee and i also like the orange cream for breakfast.

Didn't read the thread but I've been ordering from them for years. Their flavors can be meh to bad but the protein quality is good.

I get my cold filtered whey isolate and highly branched cyclic dextrin from them.

Premium Choc Peanut Butter - it was OK, didn't really taste much PB

The stuff I have now is Premium dutch chocolate fudge and it is great. That is what I have gotten the past 2 or 3 orders
