The one I am talking about is hemp, pea and rice. Just wondering about quality and bioavailability compared to whey.

Whey is milk based. Not vegan.

Anything from animals is not allowed to vegans.

That's why it's stupid.

Most vegans do it for ethical reasons and our meat and dairy industries are not very ethical.

I'll give them that.

Part if the reason I like wild game so much.

Nutritionally though it doesn't make a lot if sense.

I am actually coming around to the idea that it makes sense nutritionally. Obviously we would all be better off by adding more fruits and vegetables to our diets and most would benefit from less meat in their diet.

I believe in the vegan diet. I just like meat too much. In fact I have half of a 550lb calf that needs to be picked up at the butcher...grass fed!

Many athletes are vegans and claim they have more energy since going to a plant based diet. Many ultra marathoners said their endurance and speeds increased.

It would be interesting but I like to shoot, catch and buy my meat/fish.

If he goes vegan he won't.

Heard it from many body builders. They found it near impossible to maintain mass while on a vegan diet.

To the guy asking about weight gainer, I would check out mass gainz weight gainer and make something similar. Whey with oats and triglycerides Mass gainz also uses quinoa. Btw costco has cellular whey cinnamon for $43 for 4 lbs right now.

I don't believe this. You can get all the protein you need to maintain muscle mass from plant sources.

Our body was made to eat meat. Go ahead and try to do it though.

If you have ethical problems with the way the meat and diary industries are buy from local farms that are grass fed, ethical etc. And buy raw milk from a local guy that is the same way.

As a human going vegan is one of the dumbest things you can do.go ahead and be my guest though, when you.come back I will just say told you so.
