Please explain how someone will begin to lose muscle mass if they switch to a plant based diet but continue to consume the same amount of calories and the same amounts and ratios of macronutrients.

True Nutrition seems great for those who know exactly what they need/want and have a thorough understanding of supplements and health. It's a bit much for the average joe in the gym though. I also like having more than just the protein itself and optional carbs in my proteins...I hate having to order 20 different supplements when I can get the same stuff in 3-5 supplements for a similar or lower price. Maybe I'm just lazy and not well versed enough in nutrition, but that's just my take on it. I'll keep ordering my Optimum Whey...or whatever I find that is similar in the $50-$60 range online, it's served me well so far. I doubt whatever advantages TN protein offers over standard BB.com offerings would translate noticeably to the gym/my build.
In what ways? Serious question...
I pretty much order exclusively from BB.com. I've ordered from Nutraplanet for a couple of things BB.com doesn't carry, so I can vouch for them too.

all are better than bodybuilding.com imo

I guess I stopped reading your sentence too soon.
I stopped there but missed this part.
To answer your question strictly base on muscle mass I couldn't do because I honestly don't know. I don't know enough about plant protein blends to know if they have to proper ammount of aminos and micronutrients.
My initial point was that there are a lot of nutrients in animal products, like essential amino acids, that you just can't get in a plant based diet without supplementing like a mofo.
This was the way I was taught in med school and I've seen enough vegan patients who have had to be put on Vit D, B12, Iron therapy and leucine (most of them weren't skinny either ironically) to believe it.
Maybe some hippie med school in California or somewhere has a different approach, but this is what I know so it is what I do.

It is really not that complicated Jordan. Just go down the list of proteins and order the type that you are currently using if it saves you money.

Just did that, doesn't really save anything. Built a whey isolate comparable to Optimum Gold Standard and the prices came out the same @ $57.00/5 lbs. Obviously, you can mix and match to get any pricepoint you want...I understand that...but I don't think TN is saving anyone a ton of money.

I really only compared vegan proteins and it was a lot less.

10-4, don't doubt you there. It's a great concept, just not for everyone IMO. I'll keep ordering what I order, but if I ever need something more customized or hard to come by TN would be my go to for sure.

Hemp seeds have a complete amino acid profile.

But you're only able to digest about 50% of it.

The hemp seed itself because it is high in fiber but the protein component?

Do a search for Protein Digestibility Corrected Amino Acid Score.
Score proteins based on their bio availability.
Casein scored the highest. Hemp was one of the worst.
