West Coast is where it's at bruv.

Siesta Key is #1 beach in USA and #5 in world.

Do not and I repeat absolutely do not live in pompano or Oakland park.

There are nice parts of sunrise and fort laud. As far exact neighborhoods couldn’t help you there.

I lived in Delray Beach for a while and liked it. It has its areas to avoid though for sure.

Seriously, if you have or plan on having children, the best place is Central Boca...look at the communities around St. Andrews Blvd. Best schools, nice parks, lowest crime in the area and it's only 10-15 mins from the beach. The nightlife sucks, but Delray Beach (Atlantic Ave) is close by.

Pompano- farthest north we want to go

If you can push this to Boca you'll be much happier. It's not that much further but it is a significant upgrade to Pompano.

West Palm and Jupiter are even better but probably too far north for you.

BTW Any of the beaches on the A1A are going to be much better than the 30A. Especially up north where we are talking about. Pretty much locals only.

Every house that’s desirable has a ridiculous HOA fee. I’m not down with that.

plus, it's very Hebrew, which you will run into just about everywhere in SoFl but a high concentration in Boca, oh, that reminds me, you'll have to remove "Merry Christmas" from your vocabulary once you move down there too
