Maybe I misunderstood what you were trying to say. I apologize.

i actually know both of them... the chick works with me... the dude is one of my patients...
from all of the facts/visual observation that i got from her, and from what my colleague gave me, some stuff isn't adding up...
i absolutely believe she was raped, however, i think it was very avoidable and was very stupid to put herself in that position... i am very disappointed in her, considering that earlier in the same week that this happened, she said she deleted her Tinder account since she was seeing someone seriously that she met on, get this, Tinder...

What about the fact that several people earlier in this thread came in and said they knew this guy personally, IRL, and that he was very creepy? I believe they even said that they were not at all surprised by the allegations, they saw it coming eventually.
Does that come into play when forming an opinion here?

We could be Dennis Franz and Jimmy Smits in the room.

What from this story would make you want to do that?
it has been explained to you, and you just dismiss the examples as a non-event
the scenario all this discussion is about and all of these precautions are about involve a guy and a girl doing stuff, with the guy never being told no, and then the girl claims rape.
again, this girl's side of the story is clearly rape. some guys just aren't buying it right now b/c it's very fantastical
again, this particular situation involves accusations that are stronger than the typical. the typical scenario is: we were both drunk. i didn't really want to/i was really drunk and regret it the day after. therefore, rape.

Something doesn't add up and you automatically believe her before he gets to present his defense?
Yeah that makes sense
Yeah that makes sense

The problem with the gene pool is that there is no lifeguard.
-dude , do you even HIPAA?

I guess I should never have assumed people responding in this thread actually read the article. How silly of me.

we were both drunk
neither were drunk... not saying they didn't have a drink or anything, but neither of them were drunk...
i dealt with both of them hours after this happened... neither showed any signs of inebriation, nor did i smell any alcohol on either of them...

AGAIN, how many people have claimed that if what she says is true, he's not guilty of rape?

well this is more interesting information
I guess your opinion has a lot more insight than others here since you've dealt with the people
he does kind of look like a roided out d bag but that's just a photo

tell me about it.... i'm sure her "boyfriend" is pretty surprised too, considering he supposedly deleted his Tinder account too, since they were now dating each other exclusively...
i know this much, she has some explaining to do about that to him, at the very least...
