i'm sure her "boyfriend" is pretty surprised too, considering he supposedly deleted his Tinder account too, since they were now dating each other exclusively...

Dude, you probably shouldn't be disclosing this info on a message board (or anywhere for that matter)

huh? what? no one...
ok
now that we have that out of the way
this falls in line with the typical scenario that scares the shite out of guys re: sex an rape
it's not magical and/or it doesn't take a degree in astrophysics to realize why guys want to wait and see what else comes out before the accused rapist is convicted in teh court of public opinion
it's also not really that difficult to understand why this scenario, again that fits a typical pattern that scares teh shite out of guys, would lead to guys discussing having girls always consent to anything
the ONLY way this logically would be difficult is if you assume that guys in this thread believe the girl is telling the truth, but that no rape occurred (which you agree is not the case)
ANYTHING short of that creates an issue of proof/doubt, and since this is the "typical" scenario that scares guys re: rape and sex, you're going to get a discussion along these lines

i'm not giving any info (other than she was supposed to delete her Tinder account) that isn't already known/reported...
i did refute that they were drunk... but that's not exactly "stop traffic" type of info...

i know this much, she has some explaining to do about that to him, at the very least...
you're certainly making this case more interesting to talk about now with all this info

Seems even more likely now that she regretted hooking up with this dude and is crying rape so the bf can't be upset.
But of course it's still just as likely that he actually did rape her

Let me guess.. you don't have any kids.

Why do people get worked up over this type of stuff getting posted on a message board? He isn't really giving ANY info out.

Yeah, you're inclined to say she made up the rape as some cover story to look better for her "boyfriend." But, admitting you met another dude on tinder and took him back to your room doesn't look too good, anyway. Wouldn't you just keep quiet about the whole thing?

I get the impression you don't like rape

from the way i see it (and i have a pretty good vantage point), i think it may have started out consensual but ended with her being forcibly raped...
i think that she had a moment of conscience towards the end, but by that time she had warmed the oven enough, if you know what i'm saying, that this dude was getting those cookies baked one way or the other....

i have a daughter and this is EXACTLY the way i feel.... however, the morning after this occurred wasn't the right time to tell her that...

This is the most lovely euphemism for rape I have ever seen.
Reminds me of my grandmaw cooking chocolate chip cookies during the fall and not some creep forcing himself on a girl.

You have to be careful how you broach this subject. You could come off as blaming your daughter and that can be devastating to her.
