sounds like the chinese testing new technology on people. it would make sense to go frick with remote tribes that likely dont have means to harm or record you.

Ok, if I'm an alien with a ship that has technology to travel light year distances in mere moments and I travel to Earth.

Why the frick would I go to Peru when I could go to Vegas instead? With my alien tech I could win a boat load of cash and date some good looking wimmens.

All I'm saying here is just give them 30 or 40 good cell phones with decent cameras on them and let's see what happens. If you can see that fricker well enough to know you put two rounds in it and know that it just shrugged it off and ran away, you should be able to get at least one blurry pic or video.
