If you want to purchase a flag, any flag, go burn it with your buddies and call it a protest i have no issue with that. You’re probably an idiot and i’m going to laugh at you, but that’s entirely your right and it would be obviously unconstitutional to arrest you for it.
Going onto someone else’s property, stealing something that doesn’t belong to you, then destroying it is totally different.
If you can’t tell the difference between the two you’re either being intentionally obtuse or are severely cognitively limited.
