This garbage started from IGNORANT RUMORS about a GREAT musician who happened to be one of Jehovah's Witnesses. I would not expect anything less from the internet punks that live on this site!

Could you point me to truth that does not include the JW site and doesn't require me to use the Watchtower Magazine or a New World Translation? I would assume get my truth from trustworthy sources. Your truth has missed a couple of end of the world predictions and lies in court.

You certainly have a fondness for their typical m.o.

That Apostle Paul crap about keeping the congregation clean is a big deal with them....and highly destructive.

Found it interesting that they said the generation was the last one. At first I thought they were talking about the piglets they kept tied up for the sacrifices on full moon Saturdays, but no sir. They meant on earth before the goats and the lambs all got separated. Apparently, they don't mind the gheys but they got problems with those goats.

I guess since Prince couldn't take medicine because he's a JW, he probably relied on the pig blood to cure his illnesses.

So you just got trolled by a poster and immediately start attacking him. I clicked on your link and one of the first things I read was they try and imitate Jesus Christ. Come on man, if you're gonna spread your literature, don't get trolled so easily and automatically go off on someone.

I'm agreeing with peej (can't believe I just typed that).

Prince was a great musician-- an 80's icon. RIP to him.

Hopefully he's partying like its1999 in heaven.

Prince was my mom's favorite. We grew up listening to him.

I was talking to her today about how inappropriate that was, and she laughed and said it was ok. We were too young to understand

Fair enough.
Prince was an icon, a brilliant and incredibly talented musician and though he was about 10 pounds of wonderful wierdness in an 8 pound bucket, he apparently was also a drug user despite claims to the contrary. Shame that drugs took another great artist from us.

That said, I grew up in the 80's and he was huge but I was never more than a casual fan at best. Still, I have to acknowledge he was extremely talented.

The list of great musicians and actors who have died from drug overdoses is incredible.

If I was a Witness, I would not be on here first off. Second off, I said I was not a Witness, but know enough about them being raised around family members to defend the LIES being told on here. It is not MY literature, which happens to be the 2 most published magazines ever and the Witnesses are also the fastest growing religion in the world...LINK

This is when he solidified his place as a guitar god. He shredded the solo and walked off stage knowing he was the best and had nothing left to prove.

There was not much censorship in our house. My teacher called home when I was reading Gerald's game last period in 7th grade. Dad's response? Who do you think gave it to her?

Just watched purple rain instead of cleaning the kitchen

I feel like most people don't know what an incredibly gifted musician he was as well as a very funny and cool guy. He definitely built an image as kind of a weird and aloof person in his earlier years and I guess that stuck with people.
