If you genuinely want to know, it means they identify as fluid. They fluctuate between a feminine identity and a non-binary one.
Just use their name instead of pronouns, or they if you're unsure. Or, just ask what they'd like to be call in a non passive-aggressive way

It is there for them to point to whenever they feel attacked or victimized. Which, in their eyes, is almost all the time. Their pronoun is whatever they say it will be to try and flip the argument against you.
