A Supreme Court justice can be impeached, but it is a difficult process. The House of Representatives must first vote to impeach, and then two-thirds of the Senate must vote to convict for the justice to be removed from office.

I don't have a problem with traffic circles in general if they're large enough. Most of the new swarm that have been constructed are small and are nuisances.
The one on Pecue near Woman's hospital is a good one but I've seen some in other states that were nothing more than a big sign in the middle of it.
Ellick got rid of a really good one on MacArthur Drive. It was huge.

I've never owned a Jeep (but have owned older Toyota Landcruiser) but I've always liked the looks of them and like the idea of removing the roof and doors like I did with the Landcruiser.
