If Trump doesn’t nominate or there isn’t a vote then they will lose the base that voted him and them in largely on scotus.
Also will be big when the left challenges this election in the courts (as has been widely speculated on both sides of media-“don’t believe trump won wait for the mail in count”)

Yes. Let’s take the advice of cnn and noted liberal dracaoniansanctions and play nice to a group that has stated every intention of taking late mail in ballot counting to scotus. Never mind the fact that their request involves waiting on appointing a justice to said court. Never mind that literally on cnn this morning court packing was discussed as a Democrat strategy in the future.

Yep. Another gem that cnn and OML has brought up is “but muh divided country and need for peace and solidarity” as if they will act any differently If trump won and made the appointment. They are trying to hold the country hostage with threats of riots because Ruth bader Ginsberg was too lacking in foresight to step down while Obama was president.

I'm more scared of them burning down my city again than that. I don't know where you live, but this has been an issue where I do.
And Don Lemon denied the riots for months, so no it doesn't put me on his side.

My point is I don't think Trump is going to have a Supreme Court appointment by the election. This country is going to burn and going to suck. I'm not sure on the exact way forward, but I know that this going to be like pulling teeth.
