I agree that Buckhead has gone to shite, which is why I moved out to Smyrna, but you want to move somewhere 5x worse? Not to mention a worse climate and fewer amenities?

Check out Charlotte as others have mentioned. It’s like Atlanta with less crime and BS.

I bet Jesuit is well over $10K per year.

Don't know anyone anymore with high school aged kids but Ursuline was $8K a year about 8-10 years ago. Catholic schools aren't cheap.

I loved the Baton Rouge and Beaumont areas. I live near Atlanta now and it's alright. The people and food were better in Louisiana. But the climate and scenery are better up here. I don't really care about the crime stuff since I don't live in bad areas.

I can't live on the coast anymore though. I don't want to be within 50 miles of it. So I'd never move back to either. I can't take the full force of hurricanes and storms anymore. It's nice to visit though..
