I was at the cardiologist a few weeks ago and my pulse was 48. The nurses were not concerned so I guess all good.

Usually runs in the upper 50’s

I'm 69 yo and mine was 64 just now. I do take BP meds tho. And I do walk often. I'm not perfect.
