I'm not sure they are brave people as a whole. The only Iranians who will put it on the line while they have the advantage is the Revolutionary Guard.

Yeah, a good friend's daughter, son in law and young children live there. They've lived there for years. There are a lot of expats working there and have comfortable lives. And then what do you do when your country calls you home because of threat of danger or worse. I'm not sure the couple I'm describing do see the danger. But the State Department wants them out for their own good.

Yeah, and they wanted to develop nuclear weapons. They were and are a definite threat. Failure to act would result in the same thing that happened in North Korea. And once a country gets them, they are in the club and you can't do anything to them.

Isn't that in the article? And I've heard it reported elsewhere. Three of our interceptors for every one of their ballistic missiles? Individually, I'm not trying to claim anything other than an opinion that it would be embarrassing (and worse) if we ran out of stuff.

Well, we don't have time. Somebody in the US has estimated how many missiles and drones the Iranians have. If your stockpile to take care of that problem is a quarter of what you need, somebody screwed up. There are no oopsies at this point.

Poor planning and execution from those who budget for armaments in this country. And poor execution from the defense contractors who build this stuff in numbers. And likely every thing we use costs a gazillion dollars apiece.

American men need to find women from other parts of the world. Everywhere from south of the border to the tip of South America, Asia and Eastern Europe. Western European women are just as bad.

This is true. Looks like we are in the phase now where they move around their ballistic missiles in and out of hiding places and then rain down on their adversaries. And it will be hard to put that effort down. I'm sure this has been thought about extensively by our guys. All the while Trump has to keep this from escalating to the point where we start to lose our troops.
On the other hand, the Iran thing was always going to escalate into this. And within time they would have gotten their nuke. And they are much less predictable than North Korea.

All presidents are historic people. But Trump will be three levels ahead of that. He won in 2016 when he wasn't supposed to. They did all they could to disrupt him. He had people in his administration working against him. He ran for re-election and lost, likely by shenanigans and no voter id and warehouses of mail in ballots. They tried to throw him in prison when he announced for 2024. He won by a lot. He's overthrown two mortal enemies and likely will whip Mexico and Cuba into shape. And if he wins the mid terms, he will be unstoppable. And yeah, he was shot, was a target to be shot and somebody tired to shoot up and burn with gasoline his home in Florida. He will have the largest chapter of presidents in the history books.
