I propose that we officially call the circle Alton Sterling Circle. Have a bronze statue of him selling illegal CDs.

Removing these symbols will have zero effect on race relations. Isis removes any non muslim symbols, even if they predate Mohammed, but their removal does not mean that whatever they symbolized did not happen. Just like this. (I am not saying Mitch is as bad as Isis, just that his removal of the symbols will not change history).
