Pretty crazy about the 1840s Wisconsin ban that appears to be in effect again

I have never voted on the issue of abortion, or the stipulations of abortion because they aren’t all the same and everyone knows that. The politicians in each state could do their best to come up with something that includes Common Sense and then let the people decide.

so why have legislatures if you want the people to decide directly on every important issue?

Because the people get to vote on propositions at the state/local level, you magoo

generate a petition for a proposition. get signatures. simple
i.e. get enough people on your side, voters have the power.

Why can’t every state have an election to determine how they deal with abortion?
You mean like CA having gay marriage on the ballot a few years back, it failed to pass the voters, the vote was disallowed by the courts, and was eventually forced into law? Like that?

This is an extremely bizarre and creepy post
Condoms, Birth Control, Abstinence? Maybe some self accountability?

Those require responsibility and accountability which is kryptonite to liberals and people who think their conservatives but are probably just racists

That meme makes no sense

I feel embarrassed for you

Cool, but abortions weren't outlawed. The decision kicked it back to the states, where it should've been the whole time.

Sure it does.
Women will be able to perform unsafe abortions on themselves or find illegal shady black market places just like people who want guns would find them on the black market if they were illegal.

That's a convenient excuse but we all know people who wanted roe v Wade overturned want it that way because of killing babies, not because they take issue with it not being in the constitution.

But your meme doesn't make sense. You presented two true statements and somehow tried to link that to conservatives

Are there currently laws preventing abortions that arent enforced preventing habitual abortion offenders from committing more abortions?
