Looks like a 9.825 routine it was pretty clean minus step on dismount

So, are you all saying that the reason that LSU is paired with UConn is that after the #8 seed, the next "easiest" matchup in that bracket for UConn would be LSU? So, UConn as the #1 overall should have the easiest path to the final four, under the circumstances?

Basically. They trying to avoid giving SEC a scenario where the 1-2 seed meet in the elite 8

So they are giving UConn the lowest ranked 2 seed from the SEC (LSU), while UCLA gets Vanderbilt. While Texas and SC the other two 1 seeds would be potentially slated to meet two non SEC teams in the elite 8

Of all the 2 seeds, UConn actually will end up with one of the tougher seeds in the elite 8. Which is technically not fair either but that’s how they have historically done this

What I dont get is this...they could have still paired #1 Uconn with #8 Michigan and #2 UCLA with #7 LSU...but they didnt.

They paired Vandy with ucla is why

The funniest part in all this is SC has the easiest region with these adjustments
I’d probably take my chances against Cori close in the elite 8 than Geno but that’s me

Even last year with all of LSU’s flaws on a less talented and thin team they had a shot to beat ucla but MK and KG couldn’t throw it into the ocean

Miss st on the road today would give LSU another quad one win. And quarter final in SECT should be another quad one win opportunity

LSU is currently paired with number one overall seed UConn for second year in row

OK, but how did CCawley score higher than Zeiss with a huge balance check.

That was a blatant scoring issue imo I agree with you

Was BAMA beam lead off better than Zeiss beam?

it was good,

Zeiss got hit for her dismount

Is this our best beam lineup? I feel like Coen was a better leadoff, an I think judges are going to take rhythm deductions on Lincoln every time. Where is ballou, mustari, or ulrich? Would also love to see mustari more on bars.

Lexi and Coen have small form issues although I do feel maybe aesthetically judges may prefer Coen when she hits but thats my opinion

Im actually like Innes development on beam. Drayton seems to be a bit nervy at times although its a great routine when she hits.

Rest of lineup is definitely really good. Lincoln has gotten better so wouldn't give up on that routine at all.

LSU is giving way too much away on landings/dismounts

They aren’t buying her out. They’ll either renew when the time comes or make a change when contract comes up

Bama has gone almost 6 minutes without a made basket

And still up double digits

197.925 good road score. Lost it on the vault.

No Konnor at all and no Kaliya on floor were worth over a .100-.200 alone

But yes they have to figure out the 2 to 3 spot on vault, only true weak point I see on this current team

Getting a near 198 is still a great road score especially against the number one team in the country
Ill settle for a big road score, in the end we expected this
