I thought this conference was supposed to be about an update on what they know and why Glasser was arrested on manslaughter. Normand losing it.
Any cliffs on what he reported about the actual case? Sounds like he had a couple of witnesses later come forth implicating Glasser or at least he cryptically implied that

Both individuals driving erratic. Gasser set out after McKnight. They engaged each other many times up until Behrman. Both made R on Behrman, verbal altercation, cutting each other off, zipping around vehicles.
Gasser got in front of McKnight at light on Holmes and Behrman. McKnight pulls around R of Gasser. Stops next to his car.

Now saying Gasser stopped in front of Mcknight at the redlight at Holmes and Behrman and that's when he went around him. That's why the Audi was where it was.

Gasser blocked in. McKnight on R side. No avenue for retreat for Gasser. Windows rolled down. Verbal altercation while both in vehicles.
McKnight got out, goes to Gasser's car. Continued verbal altercation. During verbal, Gasser pulls weapon from between seat and console, fires 3 shots at Joe.

Couldn't arrest on Thursday due to only having Gasser's statement.
Sounds like the cat-and-mouse between them makes Gasser's fear/self-defense claim difficult.

So they are having a verbal altercation after McKnight is by his window. The verbal altercation continues. Then glasser admits to pulling the gun and killing him. Going to make it hard to prove he was in danger for his life.

Gasser pointed gun at Naval officer who arrived on scene to provide CPR, officer told him to put the gun away that he didn't want to shoot a Naval officer.
