Wall-E was located shortly after my arrival home. He had cleaned the kitchen, and hopped the threshold into the small den. The enthusiasm he felt just couldn't contain him. After cleaning the small den and hall it appears that he ventured into the master bedroom. Once complete he ventured across the hall to another bedroom and appears to have gotten caught off guard by a dis-guarded article of clothing left under the bed.
Once he was free'd from his shackles, he promptly requested to be put back on the ground so he could keep doing his thing. He finished up in there as if nothing had happened and moved on to the bathroom. The threshold was slightly higher than expected though and he prodded it twice to no avail. He then decided he would back up a little further and get a running start as he would need more speed to clear the gap. After 2-3 attempts at a high speed jump Wall-E decided "frick it, it's no use" and returned to his dock for some much needed rest.
TLDR version: After 2 successful runs the entire house's floors are spotless

Just ordered a Neato XV-21 for my wife from Walmart. I'm hoping it lives up to the hype!

I slept not a bit last night, tossing and turning and wondering what horrible fate befell Wall-E. I'm so relieved now.
Mine arrived moments ago and I'm going to put him straight to work on my bedroom when I get home tonight.

After day #2, I have to say this robot is bad arse. She (I need a name) seemed to move about much more quickly and the floors are clean, no more dog hair.

I received one as a gift a few years back...I haven't used it recently, but when I have in the past, I realize how dirty my floors really are...it collects dirt/dust that most vacuums don't.
We use it mainly for kitchen floor...only pain is that we have to remove the chairs from the room since it can't get in between the legs.

This thread is insane. I wonder if the Neato people are wondering why they're getting a surge in purchases.

Same here. Was thinking of naming her after my ex-wife. She definitely sucked but didn't vacuum the floor very much.
I'm already impressed with how fast the battery charged.

I need opinions.
Should I run Wall-E daily?
I can't tell if he's a Strasburg and will need to be brought along slowly or a Russell Wilson and go balls to the wall from day 1.
