Yep.
Solitary prisoners only get paper gowns at EBRPP.
I imagine its pretty standard all over

Another low IQ post.
Who has made this claim?
One statement was made by you being absolutely disingenuous and the other was made by me making a clear concise statement about being okay with giving up social media.

I agree. If someone goes into somewhere to conduct a mass shooting and they are caught, they should just execute that person right away.
Another thing that needs fixed is the legal system. IMO if someone does something like this, they shouldn't have any rights. 100 percent guilty and punishment needs to happen immediatly. Not wait months before sentencing and die very soon if they seek the death penalty.

Nope.
Every American should get a trial and fair representation.

Is it American of this adult to walk into a school and shoot innocent kids that are learning?
Also, what's the point of a fair trial these days when the media is already pushing the death penalty immediately after this shooting?
We know he's guilty. Why wait?? What a waste of time and money.

If you’re willing to waive this guy’s due process, what other rights are you willing to waive?

If only you loved all amendments equally, amirite?

He lost many rights the second he stepped on that campus with a weapon. Obviously he didn't care about his rights.

Is it only this case you want to ignore the constitution, or all cases?
Not saying that he shouldn't fry one day, but everyone deserves a fair trial.

I do.
Asking for restrictions on guns and better regulation is not calling for eradication of all weapons.
The 2nd Amendment is still in effect.

Pretty fair to execute someone who took 17 lives and injured many more.
How would you like it if you had a freshman daughter there that had to walk past all those bodies?

Do you have any doubt of his guilt? Do you believe he was mentally competent to know what he was doing?
There is more than enough to say he's guilty, and knew what he was doing. What other aspects could be missed to justify letting this guy consume anymore air.
The other end of the spectrum with the way it is, the families of the deceased and the survivors have to re-live this moment for years and years of litigation and appeals.

That's the number one thing of why this keeps happening. These murderers know they can depend on our legal system to get out of the seriousness of the situation.
Dude is 100 percent guilty of a mass shooting.

I never said dont execute him... I said he deserves a fair trial before the execution. When he is found guilty by a jury of his peers... certainly execute him, but there is no provision in the constitution to just throw out a persons rights because they are accused of a very terrible crime.
What other crimes would you say its fair to just send someone straight to the gallows for?

They need to be captured alive and water boarded first. You have to study these people. Then you can take him out back.

Well until he is proven guilty in a court of law, he is innocent. Not defending him, but everyone deserves due process, it's what makes us a civilized country. If you want instant executions ordered by a judge, move to Iraq, or Afghanistan, they have no problem doing that.

Well there are countries still cutting ppls limbs off for stealing.
If you intentionally take someone's life it should be treated the same.
History will keep repeating itself until something is changed.
It's not guns. It's civilization and this protection from due process. This is clear as day that we know who did it, we know he planned it or knew weak points to his advantage.
Guilty. Process quickly and let's move on to the next.

Why?
And please give me a different reason other than ‘it’s out rights’
