In the 80s players used to supplement their income. Most don’t need to anymore.

Same now. It’s awful. Rec league instruction at best. Any AA or above kid will be bored. It’s baby ball.

I went in ‘85 & ‘86. Can’t remember who was there but I do still have the picture of me and Skip.

What was cool about those tournaments was the teams were put up with host families for the duration. Stayed with some very nice Fontenot's in Walker. I was same age as Ben Mcdonald and we played them there in 84 and 86 in Wharton.
