What you need is a properly trained HOA citizen officer with arrest authority and the ability to set up checkpoints 24 hours a day who has the backing of the sheriff’s department and has pledged an oath to the board, city council, and the United States of America.

Because its a neighborhood, and all the kids like to ride bikes, play football, baseball, basketball, all sorts of stuff that may cause them to go in the street. My kids are on the older side, 8 plus, so they are old enough to do it without my holding their hands.

HOA president is an older lady that lives across the street from pool. Pool has really strict rules about guests and stuff.
