You really have a bug up your arse about this, huh?

And it's not like a foreclosure happens from one missed payment regardless
Nope. Just stating my observations which are based in reality. No bug up my arse. I am in the foreclosure industry so stupid people are good for business.
And yes one missed payment is all it takes sometimes and then it snowballs. I see it every day.
BTW, as soon as you miss one payment the banks start sending mortgage inspectors by checking on you. You don't even know it because at first they just photo your house from the road. I have several that work for me and I see their photos all the time. New vehicles, boats, new inground pool but you can't even pay your $1000 note.
After two missed payments the banks start asking the inspectors to try to contact the owners in order to ask them to call the banks to make payment arrangements but they won't answer the knock at the door because they know why the inspectors are there. All of that yet somehow they can afford gas for the boat and chemicals for the pool.
By the 3rd missed payment, it's no longer us that knock but now the constable or sheriff deputy to hand you foreclosure paperwork then that final knock is one of my crews there to evict you. Time to load up that new truck and hitch it to the boat. Better hope you can live in them for a while.
All of this is why I am not impressed by anyone's possessions. More people live on a house of cards than many realize.

your inferiority complex?
Dude, I am the one with an inferiority complex? You are the one that used to take every chance you got to let strangers on here know what all you own. You're not nearly as bad as you used to be but you still do it from time to time. You were really bad when you first started posting.

Not in the least miserable. I am actually as nice as can be IRL as many from here that I speak to and know IRL can account for but I am as cynical as anyone I admit.
ETA: I also have a very dry sense of humor which doesn't translate well over a message board.

Cynical people are usually unhappy, bitter and lonely people.
that pretty much nails that type of poster you are

Well, being a certain way on a message board does not really = how you are IRL. At least I hope not for may people here.
I doubt you go around telling everyone about everything you own IRL like you do on here.
SpicyStacy isn't a road whore IRL. She is very ambitious and nice.
By all accounts Hammertime is a hard working dude IRL and just likes to tell his stories here.
I could give tons of examples but that doesn't mean we can't all use this board for our own entertainment. You do you and I will do me. At the end of the day it's for passing boredom.
BTW, I have helped many here (tried to help someone with their mold issue just this week) and I speak to plenty on a regular basis. Not just IM'ing but several have my cell number. They can vouch for what I am telling you.

What do you do that you get to live in the Carribean? I've seen you reference living there often and I am jelly/curious.
I could manage my business from anywhere, and if it weren't for a sick dad with cancer, I have given thought to moving some places for a few months at a time.

Ahh..that makes sense.
Being early 20's living in the Caribbean would get me in trouble and bye bye med school.

We bought our retirement house at 40. Note is less than 1 bedroom apartment rent and we can have it fully paid in 10-15 and be ready to retire early. Small older home in a good location (small house amid big ones).
