I've never spoken to Hammertime. Just stating what people have said about the dude. I do think he is FoS often but that doesn't change the fact that he's probably a good dude IRL. My point was that it's just a message board and you shouldn't use it to judge others. I take everything from here with a grain of salt and so should you. Some people that seem like the biggest douches on here are cool as can be IRL. There are many, many others that can vouch for what I am saying.

I drove through your hood the other day after I dropped my dad off at chemo. Never been in there before. It's pretty nice. I prefer that style house over the same looking spec houses everyone else is building.

Oh I know. The foreclosure inventory in LC is crazy low in comparison to other states/cities I cover outside of maybe Beaumont. The market is good and will be for a few years thanks to LNG.

Preach. I'm in my 3 house that was foreclosed onby the banks on the previous owners. I don't vulture, but if I'm interested in an area I keep a lookout for foreclosures because they're there. Pick a neighborhood - any neighborhood, there are always repo's or short sales. People are living on a prayer.
