Defending statutory rape(in a BEST case scenario) next to threads with 40 year olds demanding a poster get disciplined for not posting sexual pics of a just turned 18 year old in the OP.

No internal conflict here. Youve been projecting for pages now. You had to resort to adding key elements to situations that werent even there before to strengthen your point.

About 12-13 years ago, a BRPD cop is home sleeping one night when his over 21 year old GF calls him up and says that she met this hot chick in a bar, (I think it was at the Station), and that she was down for a 3-some.
His GF brings the chick over and they all have sex together. Afterwards, the GF brings the girl back to her house and then leaves.
Come to find out later, the girl is 16 and she used a fake ID to get into the bar.
The girl’s mother finds out about it when she busts her daughter from coming home after curfew. The girl then claims the GF and cop forced her to do all the above stuff.
The mom is allegedly a friend with someone high up at LPSO, and the next thing you know, the cop is arrested and fired. His Life and career ruined.
Yes this is the same LPSO who apparently turns a blind eye to every other kind of rape, but decided this is the case they were gonna go after.
The adult GF who admittedly met the underage girl, drank with her at the bar, seduced her, brought her over to the cops house for the sole purpose of having sex, joined in on the sex, and then brought her home after the deed is done, is never charged with anything. The dude gets all the charges and has to take all the responsibility while the GF gets none
A few years later, a guy goes to LPSO to report that during a sleepover, ole Denny Perkins climbed into bed with his under 10 year old step-daughter to “tickle her”. LPSO does nothing because, as the sheriff stated, “If you didn’t write it down, it never happened “.
There is a connection between these two cases. The guy who made the complaint is related to the ex-BRPD cop.

The video makes this clear, and also clear that Louisiana law states that under no scenario should this handing of custody to a rapist be allowed.

What do you mean resort? You all apologists keep coming up with the added scenarios, I'm just pointing out it's a poor excuse.
A 30 year old hitting on 16 year olds at a bar, taking one home, raw dogging =/= victim. No matter how many times you continue to bend over backwards to excuse this rape or blame the 16 year old. It's very simple, if you go to a bar as a 30 year old and a girl is not obviously near your age, don't liquor them up, lie to them, take them home and frick them. Law is clear here, there is no "consent" if she turns out to be 16.
