Sounds like they should have picked a better career field.

Also, no one is stopping you from giving them more money.

But I'm guessing you don't appreciate them THAT much.

My kids learned math skills with very little classroom guidance. They were always grades ahead in math and literature.

Even the teachers education I went through viewed teachers as guides, not instructors.

I love the first week in May at Tybee. All the Shamu teachers reach the water.Nature and all. All the rest are getting drilled behind Doc's Bar.

Which takes me back to my original statement... If teachers weren't necessary for your child's education, then why not home-school your kid?
