That's what my SO says as well. He grew up here and says it's turned into Metairie since he was a kid. We live away from that part though

Oh dear God. Get over yourself. Yep, you're SO much better than everyone on the NS and know exactly what each of the thousands of families living here need and how they can live the same quality of life on the SS. Early 20s, no kids right?

Ok then, compare any part of Covington to Old Metairie. Metairie Road alone is nicer than all of Covington. Compare the property values if you'd like.

You made the comment that NS public schools are VERY overrated. This is comical, especially when you compare against SS public schools.
