I went to one of my uncle's football games there when he went to Woodlawn. Spent most of the game under the bleachers looking up cheerleaders skirts until they caught me.
I always liked going there with my friend to visit his family (both sides from there) but cutting cane was fun and throwing fireworks into bonfires was my favorite.

In 1984 Northside Vikings blew out Lutcher 74-21 in the playoffs. Then Washington-Marion proceeded to blow out Northside 42-7. I know because I was there!
