I used to, but not in a dear diary feelings type of way.
I loved the Franklin Planner productivity and calendar system. I had a nice 5x7 leather 3-ring binder and kept my calendar pages going back years. It helped track my productivity and see what I did, right or wrong. Areas for family, personal, business. Notes about my day, what I did and didn’t get accomplished in my daily, monthly, 1-, 3-, 5-year plans. It was awesome. As I adapted to the digital world I didn’t pull that system into it with me. Big fail on my part.
I really should do that again. Thanks.

So that is what yall call it nowadays.
I journalled the heck out of your mom 3 times and your sister once last week.
Serious journaling.

I take some notes on my phone of things to ponder and do.

I don’t have a need to journal. I hit the gym and have other hobbies to keep me busy.

Eh, not really relevant to this discussion to be honest.
You could just lie and make up some shite instead of telling us that it’s court mandated anger management by telling us what you’ve already said

I keep a professional journal.
I do too, somewhat. I'm, self-employed, so I write down everything I work on and for how long (for billing purposes), plus notes, TODO's, etc.
I have a pretty good stack of legal pads going back about 10 years or so with all that.

I use the Strava app to track my exercise. That's as close to journaling as I get.

I knew someone who used chat gpt to journal and the chat gpt learned all about the people he had in there - said it was pretty interesting.

Sorry. You can’t fight those urges you have. Embrace who you are. It’s pride month!

I do it for different things and reasons but at least one or twice a week. My sobriety, how life is going, my gratitude list, small achievements, ect

Self reflection is good. It's also called prayer.

I did when I was taking care of them.
Didn't want to miss any details about meds, instructions, timeliness, etc.
Super-helpful at the time.
Little spiral books, full of life and hope...until they weren't.
No point in looking back at them; I threw them away after.
