If law enforcement would issue citations then I think people would cut back. There are no consequences and people these days have no civic pride or even a conscience.

I bet regularly on games that are on TB that I'm watching or if there's a gameday party.

Plus if everyone was allowed to travel, carry and shoot unattended. I think the Bulls would kill em.
